Unwelcome Sacrifice is an unlockable active item in Benighted Soul, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
In 1.7 seconds, drops a big light pillar on the spot, and creates an explosion.
The pillar deals 70% of Isaac's damage per frame, and destroys surrounding obstacles, lasting 3.5 seconds.
The pillar can also hurt Isaac.
How to unlock?
Defeat ??? on Hard Mode as 
Benighted Cain and Abel.
